Maple Pecans

Pecan halves and pieces coated in pure New York maple syrup and slow-dried to a crisp, frosted finish. Just two ingredients — pecans and our own Grade A Amber maple syrup. No refined sugar, no corn syrup, no artificial flavors.

The maple is cooked to the candy stage and stirred by hand, which sets into an opaque, crystallized shell rather than a sticky coating. Pecans and maple are a natural pairing — buttery, sweet, and unmistakably Northeastern.
